Internet Information: Examples of the types of internet or other electronic network activity information that Travel Mundo may collect includes browsing history, search history, information about the device the consumer is using to access our websites or applications, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with Travel Mundo or our partners’ websites, applications, or advertisements. Certain Personal Information becomes public record when documents are filed with the federal or state government, or with a court. This Privacy Policy does not cover these or similar third-party actions.
Travel Mundo remains liable under the DPF Principles if a third-party agent processes personal data received from the EU, UK, or Switzerland in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Travel Mundo proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
If we sell all or part of our business, your Personal Data may be among the assets transferred.
